Agente de Ventas Bilingue (outbound)

  • Principales responsabilidades:Realizar llamadas de ventas a clientes potenciales, ofreciendo nuestros servicios de suministro eléctrico en el mercado de energía deregulado. Presentar y explicar los beneficios de nuestros productos, captando la atención de los clientes y persuadiéndolos para que contraten el servicio. Gestionar el proceso de ventas desde la prospección inicial hasta el cierre de la venta. Mantener y actualizar registros de clientes y actividades de ventas en nuestro sistema CRM. Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas mensuales y anuales establecidos.
  • Objetivos del rol: Incrementar la base de clientes mediante la venta efectiva de nuestros servicios de energía. Asegurar un alto nivel de satisfacción y retención de clientes.
  • Competencias técnicas y experiencia mínima requerida:Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas telefónicas (preferiblemente en ventas B2B o B2C, en servicios o productos de consumo). Conocimiento básico del mercado de energía deregulado es un plus, pero no esencial. Habilidades para persuadir y negociar efectivamente con clientes potenciales.
  • Nivel de educación: Educación secundaria completa; se valorarán estudios superiores o técnicos relacionados con ventas, marketing o áreas afines.
  • Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado, Español
  • Certificaciones u otras habilidades: No se requieren certificaciones específicas, pero la capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y en un entorno dinámico es fundamental.

Paquete Salarial :

  • $210 DOP por hora.
  • Comisiones: $10 USD por venta realizada. Si el agente alcanza 125 ventas en el mes, la comisión por venta se incrementará a $15 USD retroactivamente para todas las ventas del mes.

Presencial en las oficinas de Pyhex WORK 1 Kennedy Proximo a la esquina de la Defillo.

Lunes a Viernes, de 9:00 AM a 6:00 PM Weekend off
