OBJETIVO GENERAL

Gestionar los equipos tecnológicos tales como hardware y sistemas de información en la organización y sus clientes que así lo requieren, usando metodologías, prácticas y procedimientos tendientes a lograr una ejecución de calidad, de acuerdo con directrices definidas.

Responsibilities

Instalar, configurar, mantener sistemas operativos Microsoft, MacOS y realizar procesos de resolución de problemas técnicos a equipos de usuarios finales y periféricos. Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios final. Gestionar y mantener accesos de usuarios a recursos de la red y equipos como desktops, laptops, impresoras, control de accesos según sea requerido entre otros recursos tecnológicos. Soportar y mantener diversos sistemas y herramientas de tecnología tales como paquetes de ofimática, antivirus, sistemas operativos, CRM. Atender solicitudes técnicas vía sistema de tiques. Apoyar en los movimientos y traslados de equipamientos tecnológicos tanto interno como externo llevando el debido control de estos. Apoyar en la gestión de inventario de los equipos tecnológicos y periféricos de hardware. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a los equipos de tecnología tales como desktops, laptops, impresoras, control de accesos, entre otros. Trabajos de cableado estructurado e instalación de antenas Wireless en entornos de espacios de trabajos y áreas donde sea requerida la conectividad. Brindar apoyo a las demás áreas funcionales de tecnología según sea requerido. Monitorear recursos tecnológicos conectado a la red haciendo uso eficiente de herramientas de monitoreo.

Requisitos :

  1. Grado académico: Estudiante Universitario.
  2. Área o Carrera: Ingeniería en sistema, software, informática y otras áreas afines.
  3. Especialidad adicional: Conocimiento básico de VOIP.
  4. Tiempo de experiencia: 2 años de experiencia laboral.
  5. Idiomas: inglés Intermedio.
  6. Sexo: Indistinto.
  7. Competencias conductuales: Responsabilidad, Resolución de problemas, pensamiento analítico, trabajo en equipo, Iniciativa.
  8. Competencias técnicas: Office pack, Manejo de datos, Administración de sistemas, Seguridad, Redes alámbricas e Inalámbricas Wifi, Sistema operativo de Windows y Linux, Herramientas de monitoreo.

Horario:

9:00 am a 6pm L-V sabados 4 horas a Requerimientos

Beneficios
