Analista Contable Jr

Objetivos Del Cargo

Efectuar asientos de las diferentes cuentas, revisando, clasificando y registrando documentos, a fin de mantener actualizados los movimientos contables que se realizan en la Institución. Recibe, examina, clasifica, codifica y efectúa el registro contable de documentos.



RESPONSABILIDADES

Ordenar la documentación para realizar la contabilidad. (Facturas, Recibos, Comprobantes, Gastos, etc)

Emisión, envío y seguimiento al proceso de solicitud de Órdenes De Compra.

Revisar y solicitar la documentación de respaldo necesaria para la contabilidad a los departamentos.

Contribuir en el proceso de registración de nómina, así como también Tesorería y derivados.

  • Contribuir en el proceso de registración de nómina, así como también Tesorería y derivados.
  • Realizar los registros de gastos y pagos de todas las operaciones que se realizan y sus respectivos asientos contables (diariamente).
  • Llevar una correcta registración de la Caja Chica (Tomando en cuenta todos los soportes necesarios y cuadre).
  • Conciliaciones bancarias de las tarjetas de crédito y Registro de consumos.
  • Contribuir a la gerencia con la realización y envió de algunos impuestos fiscales.
  • Mantener Actualizada la data digital y física (Escaneo y archivo), de las operaciones con las que trabaja.
  • Entrega de cheques de diferentes solicitudes.
  • Revisar la digitación de las facturas a los asientos contables, para verificar los posibles errores antes de imprimir los reportes.
  • Imprimir los reportes contables para ser revisados.
  • Atender otras solicitudes realizada directamente por supervisor a cargo
  • Realizar reportes que contribuyen al cierre Mensual de la empresa (Auxiliares, Verificaciones, Cuadres etc).
