En PYHEX Work, buscamos un Content Creator apasionado y talentoso que se sume a nuestro equipo para transformar ideas en contenido visual y narrativo impactante. Este rol es clave para fortalecer la presencia digital de nuestras marcas PYHEX Work y Watú Human Resources, conectando con nuestra audiencia a través de formatos innovadores y creativos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Crear contenido original y atractivo en formatos como Reels, Shorts, TikTok, entre otros, adaptado a cada público objetivo.
  • Grabar y editar videos de alta calidad alineados con los valores y objetivos de nuestras marcas.
  • Identificar y aprovechar las tendencias en redes sociales, asegurando que el contenido sea relevante e impactante.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para conceptualizar y ejecutar ideas creativas que proyecten la esencia de cada marca.
  • Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad.
  • Participar en sesiones de brainstorming y aportar soluciones innovadoras para campañas y estrategias de contenido.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o estudios en Comunicación, Diseño, Producción Audiovisual o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia comprobable en la creación de contenido visual y escrito para plataformas digitales.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de edición de vídeo como Premiere Pro, CapCut, u otras.
  • Habilidades en fotografía, video y edición.
  • Excelentes competencias en redacción, ortografía y manejo del idioma inglés.
  • Pasión por las tendencias digitales y creatividad para el storytelling.
