Coordinador de Reclutamiento

Lograr que los cargos vacantes sean ocupados por personal que reúne el perfil idóneo, que permita un desempeño altamente satisfactorio en igualdad de oportunidades, transparencia y objetividad en todo el proceso de incorporación o promoción del personal y funcionario/a.

Responsabilidades

  • Búsqueda de clientes potenciales a través de los medios digitales disponibles.
  • Presentar a su supervisor inmediato listado de clientes potenciales.
  • Crear propuesta de reclutamiento para clientes, enviar y dar seguimiento.
  • Asistir a la gerencia en las reuniones con clientes.
  • Asegurar que cada solicitante complete el perfil de la vacante en SPN.
  • Crear los formatos y guía de entrevistas para los puestos operativos, administrativos y gerenciales.
  • Coordinar la publicidad necesaria con mercadeo y creación de arte a publicarse, dar seguimiento con el departamento.
  • Crear y/o usar herramientas de reclutamiento como tests y tareas para evaluar las habilidades de los candidatos
  • Dar seguimiento al departamento de mercadeo para medir los resultados, exigiendo los reportes necesarios.
  • Realizar el proceso de reclutamiento desde la depuración de Cvs hasta la selección de la terna de candidatos finales.
  • Headhunting a través de distintas plataformas sociales.
  • Coordinar posibles segundas o terceras entrevistas con supervisores, gerentes tanto internos como externos.
  • Elaborar los informes de entrevistas y enviar según necesidad a clientes internos o externos.
  • Elaborar reportes de estatus de requisiciones de reclutamiento y enviar a clientes según sea requerido.
  • Asegurarse de completar el proceso de reclutamiento hasta el ingreso del empleado en el sistema y mantener la base de datos actualizada.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de SPN.
  • Realizar inducción a los empleados de nuevo ingreso y entrega de documentos legales.
  • Entrega de archivos físicos y digitales al coordinador de HR.
  • Mantener actualizados reportes de reclutamiento para fines de facturación y enviar al departamento de contabilidad para los fines.
  • Apoyo con estructuración del departamento y desarrollo de proyectos especiales.
  • Apoyo con la implementación de políticas, aplicando mejoras cuando sean necesarias.

Requisitos

Grado académico: Licenciado o estudiante de término.

Área o Carrera: Psicología industrial, administración, o carreras afines.

Especialidad adicional: Reclutamiento y selección de personal.

Tiempo de experiencia: 3 años de experiencia laboral.

Idiomas: español nativo, inglés.

Sexo: Indistinto
