【岗位职责】 一、交付侧应用开发（前端 / 后端 / 全栈，主体职责） 1.独立承担后端服务与接口开发：鉴权、数据上报与存储、任务下发与状态回传、日志与告警，输出稳定可维护的服务； 2.独立承担前端界面与可视化开发：任务控制台、状态监控看板、数据回收与回放界面、对外演示页面，输出可3.直接交付客户或内部使用的成品； 4.负责端到端打通：从前端交互到后端接口到设备与模型服务，输出可完整运行的链路与联调文档； 5.按最小可用原则快速迭代，输出从原型到可交付版本的演进记录，并保证接口与数据结构在版本间向后兼容； 6.交付时同步交付工程资产：部署脚本、配置说明、接口文档与故障排查手册，使他人可接手维护——从独立交付一个完整应用开始，是本岗位的起步动作；中期可独立负责一条交付侧工具链的技术选型与架构，长期可承担面向客户的产品化方案设计。 二、现场部署与联调（阶段性支持） 1.按交付节点参与客户现场的部署上线，覆盖环境准备、依赖与配置、设备接入、网络与安全策略适配，输出可交付的部署包与部署记录； 2.与客户侧技术人员完成接口联调与数据打通，输出联调问题清单与逐条解决记录； 3.现场定位问题归属（模型效果、应用逻辑、网络、硬件或操作流程），输出临时绕行方案与长期修复需求；现场处理完成后将个案整理为远程可复现的排查路径。 三、POC 与对外演示支持 1.承接客户 POC 与对外演示的技术实施：环境搭建、链路走查、演示脚本执行，输出稳定的演示环境与演示 SOP； 2.把演示中反复使用的功能固化为产品能力，减少下一次演示的临时开发。 四、数据回流与远程运维 1.建立现场数据的采集与回流链路，确保失败样本不丢失、可追溯，输出数据台账； 2.搭建远程监控与告警（服务状态、时延、任务成功率）与日志检索能力，使绝大多数现场问题可远程定位与处置，输出运维手册； 3.将反复出现的问题沉淀为可复用的标准件：部署脚本、自检清单、常见故障库。 五、跨团队协同与需求回传 1.在客户与算法、平台、产品团队之间承担翻译职责，将现场事实与使用反馈整理为结构化需求，输出优先级清晰的反馈； 2.参与方案评审，输出可行性判断：能不能做、需要多长时间、风险点在哪里； 3.配合商务与项目侧完成客户沟通中的技术呈现。

【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、机器人或相关专业。 2.三年以上开发经验，具备独立完成一个完整应用或系统交付的经历（从需求拆解到上线维护）。 3.具备全栈开发能力：熟练掌握至少一门后端语言及主流框架，能独立设计接口、编写服务、排查线上问题；熟练掌握现代前端框架与状态管理，能独立完成页面开发与前后端联调；熟悉数据库与基础运维（服务部署、日志检索、容器化）。 4.具备工程化习惯：代码可读、接口有文档、变更可回溯，能主动为交接与复用做准备。 5.具备问题定位能力：能从日志、时延、网络与数据异常中判断问题归属，并据此设计可远程排查的方案，而非依赖到场复现。 6.能与算法工程师直接沟通：理解模型能力的边界与常见失效模式（泛化不足、长尾场景、推理延迟），能把现场现象转成算法侧可处理的需求。

【加分项】 1.具身智能或机器人相关经验：真机部署、传感器与执行机构联调、仿真与真机之间的迁移。 2.有内部工具、数据平台或研发平台从 0 到 1 的搭建经历。 3.具备实时通信与设备远程控制类开发经验（实时消息通道、远程操作台、状态推送）。 4.具备三维场景或仿真可视化的前端开发经验。 5.参与过数据标注、质检或模型评测流水线的工具侧建设。 6.有客户侧集成交付经验：接口与数据安全、网络策略、私有化部署。
