【岗位定位】 您将负责基础模型团队内部系统的服务端建设：把资产、数据与评测、实验等平台的数据流、任务流和权限做成可靠、可维护的能力。这些系统的价值在于数据进得来、任务跑得稳、接口接得上，本岗主责服务端，与前端、平台与 Infra 侧配合，对上承接业务方需求，对下保证存储、调度与稳定性。

【岗位职责】 1.负责内部系统的服务端开发与维护：服务端架构、API 设计与实现、数据模型与业务逻辑。 2.建设数据与任务管线：数据的入库、导出、质检、检索与权限；任务编排与执行监控；与训练、评测侧管线的接口保持清晰稳定。 3.支持系统迁移与合拢：配合平台侧完成系统接管、数据整合、统一资产编号与权限体系建设。 4.保障稳定性与效率：日志、审计、备份、性能与成本优化；自动化脚本与内部小工具。 5.与前端和研究侧配合：把接口契约与数据语义写清楚，减少反复沟通。

【职位要求】 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；1-3 年经验，优秀应届生亦可；服务端工程基础扎实，Python 或 Go / Java 至少一栈能独立交付；熟悉 API 设计、关系型数据库与至少一种 NoSQL 或对象存储； 2.能在 Linux 下日常开发与部署；有独立交付过一个完整服务端模块或内部系统的经历（实习、课程或开源项目均可）； 3.对数据密集型系统有基本判断，理解 ETL、任务队列与批处理的常见问题，重视数据质量与一致性。加分项：做过数据管理、标注、质检、评测或训练管线任一方向的后端；熟悉容器化与编排（Docker、Kubernetes）； 4.熟悉 AI 编程工具；对机器人、仿真与评测有了解或兴趣。
