【岗位定位】 您将负责基础模型团队内部系统的前端建设：把资产、数据与评测、实验等平台做成研究、工程、标注同学每天真正在用的工具。这些系统覆盖从数据接入、资产管理到评测与实验的日常流程，接下来还会陆续接入新的部分。本岗主责前端，与产品岗、平台与 Infra 侧配合，把业务方的需求接住、做完、上线。

【岗位职责】 1.负责内部系统的前端开发与迭代：页面实现、组件与信息呈现设计、接口联调、上线验收，对可用性与稳定性负责。 2.建设跨系统一致的界面规范与组件库，让表格、看板、图表这类密集信息查得快、看得清。 3.承接需求到交付的闭环：把口头需求整理成明确的需求描述、原型、排期与验收标准，并跟进落地。 4.支持系统迁移与接入：配合平台侧完成新系统接入、旧系统改造与前端侧的数据迁移。 5.维护日常使用中的问题：报障、权限、数据回填与轻量脚本；用 AI 编程工具快速做原型和内部小工具。

【职位要求】 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；1-3 年经验，优秀应届生亦可；前端工程基础扎实，TypeScript / JavaScript 熟练，React 或 Vue 至少一栈能独立交付，能读懂后端接口并独立联调（Python 或 Node 任一）； 2.有独立交付过一个完整前端模块或内部系统的经历（实习、课程或开源项目均可）；对信息层级与数据呈现有判断，能同时把「数据对不对」和「看得清不清」做好； 3.沟通与组织能力好，能同时对接多个方向、把模糊需求收敛成可执行的清单。加分项：做过数据管理、标注、质检或评测类工具；有内部平台从 0 到 1 的经验；熟悉 AI 编程工具（Claude Code、Cursor 等）；对机器人、仿真与评测有了解或兴趣。
