核心职责： - 开发并维护评测平台：场景库管理、任务定义、批量评测调度、结果存储与可视化的端到端平台能力。 - 建设开放 API：对外输出稳定的评测服务接口，含鉴权、配额、结果回调。 - 构建评测工具注册与求解器接口，让评测组件可插拔、可组合。 - 与算力平台集成：对接任务调度与算力资源，保证评测任务的吞吐与可靠性。 - 提供评测即服务：支持他组按配置定义消融实验并批量执行，沉淀服务文档。

计算机科学或相关领域本科及以上； 扎实的软件工程基本功，具备生产级后端系统或平台的建设和维护经验； 精通 Python，熟悉至少一门系统语言； 有 API 设计与服务化交付经验； 理解分布式任务调度的基本问题。

加分项： 有 ML 评测管线或实验平台经验； 有机器人或具身智能背景； 熟悉云原生与容器化部署（k8s）； 有开源工具或平台建设经历。
