1、硕士及以上学历，对FOC整体控制框架具有较深理解，尤其是控制时序； 2、熟悉控制理论：对经典控制理论/现代控制理论，能将实际电控问题转化为控制理论问题进行分析； 3、对伺服领域相关的振动抑制、参数辨识（机械/电气）以及系统非线性补偿（机械/逆变器等）算法有较深理解，有电驱 NVH经验以及者尤佳； 4、具备较强的控制算法仿真能力，能对先进算法进行快速仿真（RCP/HIL/MIL 等），熟悉MBD开发模式者尤佳； 5、熟悉基于c / c++的常用数据结构，良好的编程风格，重视软件单元测试的重要性及代码Git版本管理； 6、欢迎现场展示已有优秀的相关软件作品。
