核心目标：负责人形机器人整机生命周期各阶段（EVT/DVT/PVT）的全维度测试，同时构建自动化测试体系，保障产品功能、性能、安全性及可靠性达标。 岗位职责 1. 负责整机研发各阶段（EVT/DVT/PVT）的测试计划、测试策略、测试用例的制定、完成对应的测试执行并输出测试报告。 2. 参与产品需求评审和设计评审，能够基于产品需求PRD及软硬件系统架构，拆解测试需求，输出测试分析覆盖运动控制、感知导航、功耗热管理、人机交互、可靠性、安全等全链路。 3. 负责执行功能及性能测试，验证运动控制、感知导航等功性能。 4. 负责整机可靠性及环境适应性测试，评估耐久、高低温、功耗、热管理、电源管理等。 5. 负责安全及合规性测试，对功能安全、EMC/EMI进行验证并协同产研团队整改。 6. 负责通讯能力类及交互类测试，保障机器人的专项性能指标。 7. 客观准确地输出测试过程问题及量化质量数据，并输出高质量报告，拉通故障复现及问题RCA，推动复杂问题的协同解决。 8. 搭建HIL或自动化测试框架，提升回归测试效率。 9. 协同生产团队，建立并优化生产测试流程。

任职要求 1、本科以上学历，计算机、自动化、机械电子等相关专业； 2、3年以上机器人（工业/协作/服务类/无人机）或其他复杂硬件产品整机软硬件系统测试经验； 3、具有优秀的数据分析能力，能够基于测试数据对各产品指标进行量化分析； 4、熟悉ROS/ROS2，掌握常用调试工具（Rviz、rqt、cli/ros topic）； 5、熟悉Python或Shell，有RF/pytest等测试框架落地经验优先； 6、熟悉EN60335、ISO13482/13849等相关标准、有参与产品安全认证者优先； 7、熟悉JIRA、Testlink等测试平台； 8、有工厂场景测试及老化测试搭建经验者优先；
