1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计等相关专业，5年以上机械结构设计工作经验，有灵巧手结构设计经验者优先； 2. 精通机械原理，熟悉机械加工工艺、材料、表面处理等内容； 3. 熟练使用三维机械设计软件、NG等3D设计软件，可进行结构3D建模与工程图绘制； 4. 工作认真负责，沟通协作能力强。
