岗位职责： 跟踪全球灵巧手行业技术趋势、前沿技术路线与竞品技术动态，结合业务发展目标，制定中长期技术发展路线图与研发迭代规划； 主导灵巧手全品类的研发全周期管理，对研发进度、产品性能、BOM 成本与量产可行性负责； 统筹结构设计、精密传动、伺服驱动硬件、嵌入式固件、力控算法、触觉传感系统等核心模块的研发工作，制定技术方案与设计规范，协调解决跨模块技术对接问题； 组织技术方案评审、样机测试与问题迭代，输出完整的研发文档、图纸、BOM、工艺规范等技术资料，推动产品从样机到量产的平稳过渡； 建立并优化研发管理流程与规范，搭建研发测试与验证平台，制定测试规范；推动研发工具链建设与技术复用； 负责灵巧手团队搭建、人才培养与梯队建设，打造高执行力的技术研发团队；

任职要求： 硕士及以上学历，机械工程、控制科学与工程、机器人工程、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业优先； 8 年以上机器人、精密机电产品研发相关工作经验，3 年以上灵巧手 / 末端执行器 / 机器人核心零部件研发团队管理经验； 有完整的灵巧手产品从 0 到 1 研发、迭代及量产导入的成功项目经验，主导过至少一款量产级灵巧手产品的研发全流程； 技术深度与广度兼备，具备较强的技术判断力与问题解决能力，能够快速定位并攻克复杂技术难题； 结果导向，责任心强，能够承受研发攻坚与快速迭代的工作压力； 优秀的团队管理能力、跨部门沟通协调能力，具备良好的技术分享意识与人才培养意识。
