负责机器人系统构型设计优化方向的算法研发与体系建设，面向多类复杂任务场景，建立可量化、可评估、可迭代的构型优化方法。 建立数据驱动的系统设计与评估框架，支持对机器人本体、末端执行器、传感器布局、工作空间配置等关键参数进行联合建模、分析和优化。 面向真实应用需求，综合考虑任务性能、环境适应性、硬件可实现性、成本、可靠性和部署复杂度，输出可落地的系统构型设计方案。 结合大规模仿真、任务建模、场景生成、数据分析与智能优化方法，推动机器人构型设计从经验驱动转向数据驱动。 与机械、硬件、控制、感知、操作算法和数据团队紧密协作，完成从方案设计、验证评估到工程落地的闭环。 建立构型优化相关的指标体系、实验流程和工具链，沉淀可复用的方法论和工程规范。

博士学历，机械工程、自动化、机器人、控制、人工智能或相关专业背景；机械工程、自动化等具备硬件系统训练背景者优先。 具备机器人系统设计、机械结构、末端执行器、机械臂、传感器布局、运动学/动力学建模等相关经验，能够理解真实硬件系统中的工程约束。 熟悉数据驱动优化、系统建模、仿真评估、参数搜索、实验设计或自动化设计优化中的至少一个方向。 了解场景生成、任务生成、机器人学习、强化学习、模仿学习或智能决策优化等相关方法，并能将其用于复杂系统设计与评估问题。 具备较强的工程实现能力，熟悉 Python/C++，能够搭建实验流程、处理实验数据，并将算法结果转化为工程决策。 具备跨学科沟通与系统性思考能力，能够在算法性能、硬件约束、工程成本和产品需求之间做清晰权衡。
