1.负责机器人中间件功能模块的开发与维护，包括通信组件、调度模块、日志落盘、数据回放等子系统的功能开发与迭代。 2.根据模块设计方案，独立完成编码实现、接口封装与功能联调，保障代码质量与交付进度。 3.协助高级工程师参与系统级联调与问题定位，积累系统调试经验。 4.负责所开发模块的测试验证，编写单元测试与集成测试用例，确保功能正确性与基本性能达标。 5.编写模块级技术文档与接口说明，维护开发文档的准确性与时效性。

必备条件： 1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化等相关专业，1~3 年 Linux 软件开发经验。 2.具备扎实的计算机基础知识，包括操作系统原理（进程/线程调度、内存管理、文件系统）、计算机网络（TCP/IP 协议栈、Socket 编程）、数据结构与算法。 3.熟悉 C/C++ 开发，能够在 Linux 环境下进行多线程编程与基本的进程间通信开发。 4.了解常见的 IPC 机制（共享内存、消息队列、管道、Socket 等）与序列化方式（Protobuf、FlatBuffers 等）。 5.具备良好的测试意识，熟悉单元测试框架（如 GTest/GMock）的使用，有编写自动化测试用例的经验。 6.学习能力强，对中间件技术或操作系统底层有浓厚兴趣，能快速理解现有架构并上手开发。 加分项： 1.了解 DDS、ZeroMQ、ROS2 等通信中间件的基本原理与使用方式。 2.了解实时操作系统（RTOS）或实时调度的基本概念。 3.熟悉 Rust 语言，有使用 Rust 进行系统级开发的经历。 4.有机器人、无人机、智能驾驶等领域的项目经历或实习经验。 5.熟悉 Python 脚本开发，能编写辅助测试与数据处理工具。 6.有 CI/CD 流水线（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI）的使用经验。
