职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人或相关专业，3 年以上相关工作经验； 2. 有独立编写系统级 test case 的经验，对测试体系和质量把控有深入理解； 3. 具备 Python 自动化测试脚本开发能力； 4. 对机器人传感器、电机、通信系统有基本了解，能根据硬件特性设计测试方案； 5. 熟练使用 Linux，熟悉 Docker 和 Git； 6. 技术能力强，学习能力强。 加分项 1. 有机器人或智能硬件行业的测试开发经验； 2. 了解 ROS/ROS2； 3. 熟悉机器人通信协议（如 EtherCAT、CAN 等）。
