1.本科或以上学历，电子或电力电子等相关专业，模拟电源或高速数字方向，6年以上嵌入式硬件设计经验； 2.扎实硬件基础知识，精通模拟/数字电路分析及设计，具备嵌入式处理器架构上的开发经验、数字/模拟传感器检测和模拟小信号处理分析能力； 4.精通常用PCB绘制设计软件，熟悉使用常用硬件开发工具 ； 5.熟悉制板和贴片等生产工艺及流程，有较强的动手焊接调试能力； 6.富有团队协作精神，敢于承担责任，敢于挑战困难，能承受压力。 7.具有工业产品、消费电子产品、机器人类产品设计等相关经验者优先，在各类电子竞赛中获得过奖项者优先。
