1. 负责人形机器人整机嵌入式硬件方案设计、器件选型、原理图绘制、PCB布局评审； 2. 主导电机控制、IMU惯性传感、力控传感、视觉模组、电池电源管理、语音交互模块等机器人核心板卡的硬件开发、调试、验证工作； 3. 解决硬件兼容性、稳定性、实时性、抗干扰性问题，匹配产品高动态运动工况需求； 4. 负责嵌入式硬件底层适配，配合固件、算法、结构团队完成软硬件联调，支撑机器人全身协同控制、高速通信、步态行走、姿态平衡、力控交互、自主避障等核心功能落地，迭代优化硬件性能； 5. 制定硬件测试规范、可靠性测试方案，完成硬件功能测试、性能测试、高低温、振动、电磁兼容等可靠性验证，输出测试报告、硬件设计文档、BOM清单等全套技术资料； 6. 跟进量产落地环节，解决试产、量产过程中的硬件问题，优化硬件成本、功耗、体积，提升整机硬件稳定性和量产良率。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业，具有3-5年硬件研发工作经验； 2. 具备多层高密度PCB单板设计能力，有从原理分析并解决技术问题的能力； 3. 精通嵌入式硬件开发流程，熟练使用常见绘图工具，能够独立完成原理图设计、PCB布局、器件选型、硬件调试全流程工作； 4. 熟悉机器人核心硬件电路设计，精通DC-DC、LDO电源电路、电机驱动电路、传感采集电路、串口 /I2C/SPI/CAN等常用通信电路设计，掌握高速布线、阻抗匹配、EMC抗干扰设计技巧； 5. 具备扎实的模拟电路、数字电路基础，能够独立分析、定位并解决硬件调试过程中的各类故障问题，具备较强的问题排查和落地能力； 6. 具备独立分析与解决问题的能力，并且具备良好的团队协作精神与抗压能力。
