我们正在寻找一位机器人运维工程师，负责大规模真实机器人的日常运维、软件部署与系统健康管理，为数采团队和真机模型测试团队提供坚实的基础支撑。职责如下： 管理机器人资产，维护标定参数、硬件状态，定期执行健康检查并记录； 批量执行软件升级、安装和配置管理，保障机器人系统稳定运行； 处理基础硬件维修，debug 网络、通信等软硬件问题； 编写并维护自动化运维脚本（Python/Shell）； 管理测试场地的硬件资产与测试物体； 为数采团队和真机模型测试团队提供日常运维支持。

本科及以上学历，机器人、计算机或相关专业，3 年以上相关工作经验； 有真实机器人（上肢或整机）的运维或调试经验，对机器人传感器和电机有基本了解； 做过机器人相关标定工作，能 debug 真机软硬件问题（如通信、网络等）； 熟练使用 Linux，熟悉 Docker 和 Git； 具备 Python/Shell 脚本能力； 在具身智能公司或智能机器人公司有 1 年以上运维工作经验，服务过数采团队或真机模型测试团队； 责任心强，具备良好的问题定位与处理能力。

加分项 了解 ROS/ROS2； 有自动化运维或测试框架搭建维护经验； 熟悉机器人系统通信协议
