新品NPI导入阶段的质量核心角色，在NPI过程中代表质量线发声，负责NPI阶段的质量策略、质量过程监控和风险管控，对NPI阶段的质量目标达成。 岗位职责： 1. 负责制定NPI阶段的质量控制计划，并主导相关质量活动展开。 2. 全面兼顾并监督 NPI 全过程的质量流程规范落实情况，覆盖设计评审、来料检验、过程质量控制、试产验证、转量产评审等关键环节。 3. 主动识别并暴露流程执行中的偏差与质量隐患，输出问题清单并跟踪整改。 4. 推动 NPI 质量流程的标准化、规范化落地，编制NPI阶段的质量文件，确保试产阶段质量活动可执行、可追溯，为后续批量生产奠定质量基线。 5. 担任试产（Pilot Run）问题日清的主导方，组织每日问题汇总、分类与复盘。 6. 建立试产问题跟踪台账，实现「发现—分派—整改—验证—关闭」全流程闭环管理，保障试产按期高质量达成。 7. 组织各个阶段的质量评审，输出质量报告，评估量产前的质量风险和准入条件。

1. 本科以上学历，机械、自动化、电子电气等相关专业方向。 2. 至少3年以上制造业质量管理工作经验，且至少1年以上NPI阶段质量管理经验。 3. 熟悉NPI的全流程，熟悉设计评审、来料检验、过程控制、试产验证等关键质量活动。 4. 熟练掌握常用质量工具，如8D，5why，FMEA，PDCA等。 5. 熟悉ISO9001体系，有供应商审核经验者优先。 6. 良好的跨部门协调能力，能够高效拉通NPI工程师、PQE、SQE、工艺以及研发团队协同解决质量问题。 7. 问题导向及闭环思维。 8. 有人形机器人、服务机器人、机械臂等行业经验者优先。
