The posting

目标：搭建从零部件到整机的产线测试体系，让每一台下线的产品都经得起验证。 【岗位职责】 1. 负责新产品生产测试过程风险评估，参与可测性、可制造性、可量产性设计及评审。 2. 负责产线测试工艺方案制定，覆盖各产品线的PCBA测试（FCT）、模组级测试、整机EOL测试及老化测试，明确各产品线的测试需求、测试项目、测试规格、测试标准。 3. 负责测试覆盖率管理，主导测试项的增删评审及风险评估。 4. 参与测试工装治具及自动化测试站的设计、选型和验证，配合完成测试软件与测试框架的搭建，并持续主导工艺变更导入，跟进试产成熟度。 5. 负责建立关节零位标定、DH精度补充标定、整机出厂标定等的产线工艺，设计节拍可控的EOL测试流程，平衡测试覆盖与产线节拍。 6. 跟进试产过程，完成测试良率跟踪和测试不良分析，运用8D/5why等工具推动测试环节问题闭环，支撑生产良率及质量目标。 7. 与信息化团队协同，打通测试工站与MES的数据链路（SN级追溯），搭建监控与测试数据看板，以数据驱动测试规格迭代和质量改善。 8. 负责工厂测试能力迁移，实现测试工艺方案在不同工厂间的快速迁移，保障测试一致性及量产测试数据可控。

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上学历，机器人、电气自动化、机械、机电等相关专业。 2. 至少3年以上测试工艺及测试系统开发经验，需要有机器人、无人机、智能硬件等相关行业背景。 3. 熟悉产线测试全流程，具备测试方案设计、测试规格制定及测试工站从0到1落地的完整经验。 4. 具备测试系统开发能力，熟悉常用仪器设备及总线，能用python开发测试脚本与上位机程序。 5. 掌握基本的质量工具（8D/5why等），具备扎实的数据分析能力。 6. 具备优秀的跨部门沟通和协调能力。 7. 能够适应阶段性出差，有代工厂驻场改善经验者优先。 8. 有机器人（工业、协助、服务、人形）量产测试工艺制定者优先。
