Als strategischer Schlüssellieferant im Bereich Automotive-Premium-Zubehör arbeiten wir eng mit internationalen Industriekunden und OEMs zusammen. Unsere Lösungen entstehen im engen Austausch mit Kunden aus der Metropolregion Hannover – Braunschweig – Wolfsburg sowie internationalen Industriepartnern. Dabei verbinden wir Produktentwicklung, industrielle Fertigung und Projektarbeit zu ganzheitlichen Lösungen. Bei uns lernst du das Geschäft der Automotive-Industrie im OEM-Sektor von der Pike auf kennen und erhältst früh Einblick in reale Industrieprojekte, internationale Lieferketten und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

Was dich erwartet

Als Industriekaufmann/-frau wirst du zum kaufmännischen Allround-Talent, das alle wirtschaftlichen Abläufe im Unternehmen versteht und aktiv mitgestaltet.

Das lernst du bei uns

  • die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette eines Industrieunternehmens – von der Materialbeschaffung über Produktionsplanung bis zum Vertrieb
  • die Ermittlung von Preisen, das Erstellen von Angeboten sowie professionelle Kalkulationen
  • das Planen, Steuern und Überprüfen interner Abläufe in Bereichen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing, Personalwesen und Rechnungswesen
  • die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie internationalen Kunden und Partnern
  • den verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und kaufmännischen Systemen

Dabei erhältst du Einblick in die Zusammenarbeit mit Industriekunden und Automotive-OEMs und lernst, wie Projekte und Produkte von der Idee bis zur Serienumsetzung begleitet werden.

Besonderheit im 3. Ausbildungsjahr Im dritten Ausbildungsjahr bearbeitest du eine betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellung aus dem Unternehmen und erstellst einen schriftlichen Report. Dieser bildet die Grundlage für den mündlichen Teil deiner Abschlussprüfung.

Wie deine Ausbildung bei uns abläuft Dein Ausbildungsplan verbindet Theorie und praktische Erfahrung. Ein bis zwei Tage pro Woche besuchst du die Otto-Bennemann-Schule in Braunschweig. An den anderen Tagen arbeitest du aktiv in unseren Fachabteilungen mit. Deinen Fokus setzt du im Headquarter der Wentronic Solutions, wo du direkten Einblick in unsere Projektarbeit mit Industriekunden sowie in die Entwicklung und Vermarktung unserer Lösungen im Automotive- und Industriesektor erhältst.

Ergänzend durchläufst du weitere Unternehmensbereiche wie:

  • Produktion
  • Logistik
  • Einkauf
  • Vertrieb
  • Buchhaltung
  • Personalwesen

So verstehst du Schritt für Schritt, wie ein Industrieunternehmen funktioniert und wie alle Bereiche zusammenarbeiten. In regelmäßigen internen Schulungen lernst du unsere Produkte im Detail kennen und entwickelst zusätzliche Fähigkeiten in:

  • Englisch
  • Präsentation und Rhetorik
  • Projektarbeit

Mit unserem „Inspired Talents“ Programm unterstützen wir dich zusätzlich in deiner persönlichen Entwicklung und vermitteln dir früh ein gutes Verständnis für unternehmerisches Denken und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss deiner Ausbildung stehen dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten offen – im besten Fall natürlich weiterhin bei uns. Unser Ziel ist es, dich langfristig zu übernehmen.

Das bringst du mit

  • einen Schulabschluss (Mittlere Reife, gerne auch (Fach-)Abitur) mit guten Noten in Deutsch, Mathematik und Englisch
  • ein gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit Zahlen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
  • Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Engagement, Zielstrebigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Neugier, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und den Wunsch, wirklich etwas zu bewegen

  • Ausbildungsdauer: 3 Jahre
  • Berufsschule: Otto-Bennemann-Schule Braunschweig Ausbildungsjahr: 2 Tage Schule pro Woche ab 2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1 Tag Schule pro Woche
  • Abschlussprojekt: betriebswirtschaftlicher Report im 3. Ausbildungsjahr
  • vielseitige Einblicke in Einkauf, Vertrieb, Produktion, Marketing, Rechnungswesen, Personalwesen und Logistik
