Mit einem sicheren Gespür für Sprache, Zielgruppen und Trends entwickelst du zielgruppengerechte Inhalte, planst und steuerst Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie kanalübergreifende Kampagnen. Du verantwortest unsere Social-Media-Aktivitäten, unterstützt Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Botschaften über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent, wirkungsvoll und markengerecht kommuniziert werden. Dabei verbindest du kreatives Storytelling mit strategischem Denken und entwickelst unsere Markenkommunikation kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg

  • Du verstehst, was Kunden für Kaufentscheidungen wissen möchten, entwickelst darauf basierend Kampagnen, Storys sowie Inhalte für unsere Marken und bringst sie zielgerichtet in die richtigen Kanäle
  • Du erstellst Content für Social Media, Websites, Newsletter, Intranet und weitere digitale Touchpoints und sorgst für Reichweite, Sichtbarkeit und Interaktion
  • Du gestaltest die Zukunft unserer Markenkommunikation aktiv mit, identifizierst Trends und entwickelst neue Formate und Ideen
  • Du analysierst den Erfolg Deiner Maßnahmen, optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Aktivitäten und behältst relevante KPIs im Blick
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und HR zusammen und treibst bereichsübergreifende Projekte voran

Wichtig für den gemeinsamen Erfolg

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Social Media, Content Marketing oder Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Dein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und sichere Textkompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien
  • Kenntnisse in Content Creation, Storytelling und Kampagnenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analyse- und Reporting-Tools sowie KI
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kreativität, Neugier und ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppen und Trends
