Unsere Herausforderung

Unsere Logistik sorgt jeden Tag dafür, dass tausende Produkte zuverlässig ihren Weg zu Kunden in ganz Europa finden. Damit das gelingt, braucht es funktionierende Prozesse im Lager und Kollegen*, die im Hintergrund alles im Blick behalten. Für unser Logistikteam suchen wir Verstärkung im organisatorischen und administrativen Bereich. Dabei sorgst du dafür, dass Bestände stimmen, Dokumente vollständig sind und wichtige Abläufe zuverlässig ineinandergreifen.

Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg

  • die administrative Abwicklung von Blisteraufträgen sowie die Erstellung von Ursprungszeugnissen, Herstellerzertifikaten und Zustellnachweisen
  • das eigenverantwortliche Bearbeiten der Zollabwicklung im Warenausgang und Sicherstellen der ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation
  • Bestände, Verbrauchsmaterialien, sowie deren Bestellung, und Sperrlager behältst du im Blick und unterstützt die Pflege relevanter Stammdaten
  • aktive Mitarbeit bei Inventuren und Sicherstellen einer hohen Datenqualität in unseren Systemen
  • das Organisieren und Verwalten unser Außenlager einschließlich der zugehörigen Transportprozesse
  • Koordination der Arbeits- und Sicherheitskleidung sowie verschiedener Entsorgungsprozesse

Das bringst du mit

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerorganisation, Zollabwicklung oder Supply Chain
  • idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Ursprungszeugnissen und anderen zollrelevanten Dokumenten.
  • sicheren Umgang mit ERP- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern und daran, Prozesse zuverlässig zu koordinieren
