Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg

  • Du entwickelst unser Produktportfolio strategisch weiter, triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Marktdaten, KPIs und Trends und sorgst so für Umsatzwachstum und ihre Profitabilität.
  • Du erkennst frühzeitig Markt und Kundenbedarfe und übersetzt diese in konkrete Produktanforderungen.
  • Du verantwortest Produktlebenszyklen ganzheitlich, von der Idee bis zur Marktplatzierung, und optimierst dabei kontinuierlich das Bestandsmanagement.
  • Dafür arbeitest du eng mit unserem Marketing und Vertriebsteam zusammen an Verpackungen, Verkaufsunterlagen, Produktpositionierungen, Aktionen oder Forecasts.
  • Du bist im engen Austausch mit unserem Sourcing Team in Asien und sorgst für eine saubere Abstimmung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette.

Wichtig für den gemeinsamen Erfolg

  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt-, Kategorie- oder Einkaufsmanagement oder im Vertriebsmarketing mit starkem Produktfokus.
  • Es fällt dir leicht, analytisch zu denken, strukturiert zu arbeiten und das mit einem guten Gespür für Märkte und Zahlen.
  • Du verbindest strategischen Weitblick mit Hands-On Mentalität und klaren Entscheidungen.
  • Es liegt dir, unterschiedliche Stakeholder mitzunehmen und klar zu kommunizieren.
  • Du bist es gewohnt in internationalen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten und eine tragende Rolle zu übernehmen.
  • Reisetätigkeit im In- und Ausland mit Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und Herstellern ist für Dich das Salz in der Suppe.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen - für Ergebnisse, Produkte und Zusammenarbeit.
