Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg

Du übernimmst eine moderne und leistungsstarke Logistik und entwickelst sie konsequent weiter. Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass wir auch morgen schneller, effizienter und kundenorientierter arbeiten als heute.

  • Du verantwortest Wareneingang, Lager, Kommissionierung, Mechatronik, Customer Service und steuerst unsere gesamten Logistikprozesse.
  • Aus Kennzahlen leitest du Verbesserungen ab und optimierst Abläufe entlang der gesamten Supply Chain.
  • Dafür arbeitest du eng mit Einkauf, Vertrieb, Customer Service und Geschäftsführung zusammen.
  • Du treibst Digitalisierung und Automatisierung aktiv voran.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast bereits bewiesen, dass Du Verantwortung übernehmen und Menschen erfolgreich führen kannst. Idealerweise verfügst Du über:

  • eine Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister* oder ein Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • erste Führungserfahrung im Logistikumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit modernen Lager- und Versandprozessen
  • eine hohe Zahlen- und Prozessorientierung sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • den Ehrgeiz, eine bereits starke Organisation noch besser zu machen
