Was dich erwartet

Wie du Kunden online überzeugst? Eine spannende Frage, auf die du total gerne die Antwort wüsstest? Vielleicht hast du sogar schon ein paar Ideen. Schließlich lebst du alles Digitale und findest Daten super interessant - egal ob Onlinehandel, Apps, Big-Data oder Internet-Trends. Unsere Ausbildung für Kaufleute* im E-Commerce macht dich zum Experten rund um den Erfolg unserer Kunden im Internet. Du lernst die schnelle und dynamische Arbeit im Onlinehandel kennen - inklusive rechtlicher Hintergründe und aller Instrumente, die das Onlinemarketing für dich bereithält.

Wie deine Ausbildung bei uns abläuft: Auf deinem Ausbildungsplan steht ein inspirierender Mix aus Theorie und Anpacken: Ein bis zwei Tage pro Woche bist du in der Otto-Bennemann-Schule. Die andere Zeit arbeitest du aktiv bei uns in verschiedenen Abteilungen mit – darunter Vertrieb, Einkauf, Marketing, Controlling, IT und Logistik. So verstehst du unseren gesamten internen Abläufe und Prozesse.

In regelmäßigen internen Schulungen lernst du unserer Produkte im Detail kennen und trainierst deine Skills in Englisch, Rhetorik sowie Projektarbeit. Um dich bestmöglich auf die Aufgaben nach der Ausbildung vorzubereiten haben wir unser “inspired Talents” Programm. Abseits der fachlichen Lerninhalte wollen wir dir helfen, deine persönlche Wieterentwicklung aktiv voranzutreiben und dir einen business sense vermitteln. Wie deine Ausbildung genau abläuft, kannst du übrigens mitbestimmen und deine ganz persönlichen Schwerpunkte setzen. Nachdem du deine Prüfung in der Tasche hast, stehen dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten offen – im besten Fall gerne bei uns. Wir bilden dich aus, um dich zu übernehmen.

Das bringst du mit

  • einen Schulabschluss (Mittlere Reife) mit guten Noten in Mathe, Deutsch und Englisch analytisches Denkvermögen
  • eine sehr genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit
  • Neugierde, Begeisterungsfähigkeit sowie den Willen, wirklich etwas zu bewegen
  • Großes Interesse für den Onlinehandel, vielleicht auch schon eigene Erfahrungen mit einem Shop oder im Webseitenbau

  • Im 1. Jahr zwei Tage, ab dem 2. Jahr einen Tag an der Otto-Bennemann-Schule, Braunschweig
