Du bist die entscheidende Schnittstelle vom Markt, Kunden und unserem Entwicklungsteam. Als Business Analyst für unsere ERP-Abrechnungssoftware p/5 stellst du sicher, dass unsere Lösungen im Social-, Healthcare-, und Kirchenbereich exakt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind. Du beobachtest den Markt, durchdringst komplexe Anforderungen und übersetzt diese in zukunftsweisende Standard-Software.

  • Marktanalyse & Innovation: Du erfasst aktiv Marktbedarfe und analysierst Konkurrenzprodukte, um unser ERP-Produkt im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung strategisch und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Die Übersetzer-Rolle: Du verstehst die Kernbedürfnisse unserer Kunden und übersetzt diese in klare, verständliche und umsetzbare Anforderungen für unser Entwicklungsteam.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement & Priorisierung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern und Beratern priorisierst du Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Abrechnung, Finanzbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr.
  • Umsetzungsbegleitung: Du unterstützt das Team aktiv bei der fachlichen Realisierung relevanter Themen in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Gemeinsame Vision: Du stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten ein einheitliches Zielbild und ein gemeinsames Verständnis für die zukünftige Ausrichtung unserer Standard-Software haben.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion
  • Ein sicheres, praxiserprobtes methodisches Fundament in den Bereichen Anforderungsanalyse, Prozessmodellierung und Dokumentation
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management: Du weißt genau, wie man verschiedene Interessengruppen gezielt einbindet, Anforderungen priorisiert und in klare User Stories oder Spezifikationen übersetzt
  • Nice-to-haves:
  • Praxiserfahrung im Umfeld komplexer ERP-Systeme oder fundiertes Fachwissen in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erste Berührungspunkte oder Branchenkenntnisse in unseren Zielmärkten (Sozialwesen, Healthcare oder Kirchenbereich)
