The posting

1. 承接商品企划输出的产品Brief，负责所辖品类产品研发全流程管理，输出项目开发计划，明确开发节点、打样版本、成本目标、品质标准、量产交付时间。 2. 深度对接市场、设计团队，拆解产品需求，评估工艺可行性、技术风险、成本边界，输出可落地的研发技术方案，识别需求中无法实现项并提供替代方案。 3. 统筹首板、初样、确认样、大货样全阶段打样管理，主导试样评审，联动工厂、供应链解决工艺、结构、材质、功能问题，管控产品品质与BOM成本。 4. 跟进样品迭代、测试认证、合规校验，确保产品满足海外市场安全、合规、检测标准，规避海外合规风险。 5. 协同商品企划、供应链、品质、跨境运营团队推进项目，管控开发周期，保障产品按计划完成量产、准时上市。 6. 产品上市后复盘研发全流程问题，沉淀工艺库、物料库、风险库，优化开发流程，迭代品质标准，推动新品开发效率提升、成本优化，对产品研发交付质量与周期结果负责。

学历与从业年限 1. 本科及以上学历，材料工程、工业设计、纺织工程、供应链管理等相关专业优先； 2. 2年及以上品牌产品研发、跨境产品开发项目管理相关经验，熟悉跨境DTC品牌出海模式。 专业能力 1. 具备完整产品研发全流程管控能力，能够独立拆解产品需求、制定开发排期、管控打样‑测试‑量产全节点，具备项目风险预判与问题闭环能力，非单纯跟单执行思维； 2. 熟悉箱包/户外/运动用品/鞋服配饰的物料、工艺结构、模具开发，能够评估工艺可行性，做成本测算，识别开发阶段技术与供应链风险； 3. 熟悉欧美海外产品合规、检测认证要求，能够主导产品测试，解决产品功能、耐久、安全类问题； 4. 具备较强商业思维，兼顾产品功能体验、成本、品质、交期，平衡企划需求与供应链现实约束。 综合素质 1. 优秀跨部门协同能力，可高效联动企划、设计、供应链工厂、品质、运营团队推动研发项目落地； 2. 目标感强，抗压能力突出，可独立操盘多项目并行的产品研发闭环； 3. 逻辑清晰，善于复盘沉淀，持续优化研发流程、物料与工艺知识库，提升新品开发成功率。 加分项 1. 深耕箱包、户外、运动用品（含器械）、鞋服配饰出海赛道，头部品牌/大型跨境平台从业经历； 2. 具备新品0‑1研发落地、老品迭代改良、多项目并行管理、供应链工厂对接谈判全链路经验； 3. 熟悉独立站、亚马逊、TIKTOK跨境渠道产品合规要求，熟悉各类海外产品检测标准，能看懂BOM、做成本拆解。
