1. 船务全链路统筹 负责出口海运订舱、配柜、提单审核，对接船公司、货代；管控船期、滞港/仓租等物流成本，跟踪货物海运在途；处理甩柜、船期延误等海运异常，保障海外出货履约交付。 2. 关务合规体系与台账管理 进出口报关全流程单证审核，统筹HS编码归类、原产地管理、申报价格管控；持续跟进国内及美国海关政策更新，识别归类、估价、原产地等核心合规风险，建立并维护关务内控台账。 3. 关务风险与危机处置 牵头处理海关查验、扣货、改单、补税等突发关务事件；维护报关行等外部合作资源，负责AEO合规体系维护，规避国内出口、美国进口清关的扣货、处罚风险。 4. 流程SOP沉淀与成本优化 联动商品、供应链、财务团队，前置输出新品、新市场的船务&关务风险预警；沉淀船务、关务标准化SOP，在合规前提下优化海运、关税综合成本。 5. 外部供应商治理与跨部门协同 建立货代、船商、报关行的评估考核机制，做好风险隔离；对内协同各业务部门，输出合规要求，解决跨部门船务关务复杂问题，支撑海外业务扩张。

1. 工作背景：5年及以上跨境出口船务+关务复合工作经验，消费品/箱包耐用品出海、美线海运实操背景优先。 2. 专业法规：精通进出口报关、HS归类、原产地证、单一窗口；熟悉中国海关、美国进口清关及贸易管制相关规则。 3. 风险处置：具备海关查验、扣货、补税等复杂关务危机处理经验；有AEO认证维护经验优先。 4. 船务与供应商：熟悉海运全流程，独立完成订舱、提单审核；具备货代、报关行等外部供应商评估考核管理能力，管控船期与各项附加成本。 5. 工具与语言：英语读写流利，可独立审核英文提单、海外清关文件；熟练使用关务、物流相关系统。 6. 综合素质：风控意识强，严谨细致；具备关务内控体系、流程SOP搭建沉淀能力，优秀跨部门推动、问题闭环能力。
