Buscamos una persona empática y diligente, comprometida con ofrecer los recursos necesarios a las personas para el desempeño de sus funciones. Es creativa y flexible para dinamizar procesos de cultura en el interior de la empresa y promover el bienestar de los empleados. Debe tener buenas capacidades de comunicación y nociones de administración del recurso humano.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO

Liderar, coordinar y acompañar al área administrativa y de operaciones en los diferentes procesos relacionados con el recurso humano para generar una experiencia memorable en cada uno de los eventos que se realizan adentro y afuera de la compañía.

FUNCIONES DEL CARGO

  • Diseñar los procesos propios del rol y hacer seguimiento a los mismos.
  • Gestionar los indicadores e informes solicitados por la Gerencia Operaciones y Administrativa (rotación empleados, eventos realizados, ejecución presupuestal asignada, entre otros).
  • Acompañar al área de Administrativa en la selección del personal.
  • Apoyar a la Gerencia de Operaciones y Administrativa en la administración del personal.
  • Asistir y participar en las reuniones con la Gerencia, clientes, proveedores, aliados, entre otros.
  • Promover y dinamizar actividades relacionadas a la cultura empresarial y el bienestar de los empleados en la compañía.
  • Participar activamente en las licitaciones que somos invitados como oferentes.
  • Apoyar los procesos de SG SST.
  • Administrar los proveedores propios de su rol.

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS

MÍNIMAS

  • Administración de empresas, diseño o ciencias sociales.
  • Buenas capacidades comunicativas.
  • Empatía y eficiencia.
  • Autonomía y dinamismo.
  • Manejo de herramientas básicas de oficina.
  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.

DESEABLES

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en temas de gestión humana y cultura.
  • Conocimiento integral de los procesos de reclutamiento y administración del recurso humano.
