Estamos buscando diseñadores UX talentosos que quieran crear experiencias de usuario potentes y acertadas. El candidato ideal debe tener la capacidad de identificar las necesidades del usuario y satisfacerlas a través de experiencias intuitivas que tengan siempre en mente la usabilidad y eficiencia orientada al universo digital.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL CARGO

El diseñador UX – Researcher liderará la investigación con los usuarios para asegurar la usabilidad y relevancia de los productos digitales, formulando preguntas clave, creando planes de investigación para sintetizar los resultados en conocimientos significativos y accionables.

FUNCIONES DEL CARGO

  • Aplicar y enseñar diferentes técnicas y herramientas de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa para conocer un mercado objetivo, las motivaciones y necesitadas de los usuarios.
  • Sintetizar los hallazgos de la investigación en mapas de la jornada del cliente, arquetipos de usuario y otros artefactos visuales que le permitan al resto del equipo accionar.
  • Diseñar y llevar a cabo estudios de usabilidad, es decir, identifica posibles opciones de solución para una necesidad declarada del usuario y diseñar experimentos que ayuden a obtener la solución más viable para los usuarios.

CALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS

MÍNIMAS

  • Experiencia en diseño UX y portafolio
  • Experiencia en ejecución de proyectos con un equipo de diseño interdisciplinario
  • Conocimiento alto en estándares de diseño y usabilidad
  • Conocimiento medio en Figma
  • Conocimiento alto en Miro

DESEABLES

  • Conocimiento de metodologías de diseño y ejecución de proyectos (Design Thinking, Agile)
  • Conocimiento en Service Design
