负责车载底层系统、总线软件、智能驾驶相关软件开发与测试工作，包含嵌入式内核、BSP 驱动、CAN/CAN FD / 车载以太网总线、AUTOSAR 中间件开发调试；开展智驾系统测试方案设计、自动化测试、台架及实车验证，跟进问题闭环；遵循 ASPICE 开发规范，输出各类技术文档；参与海外项目技术对接，可使用日语进行需求沟通、客户问题响应及技术交付，同步跟进车载新技术，参与团队技术沉淀。

1. 本科及以上应届，计算机、电子信息、自动化、车辆、通信等理工科专业，硕士优先。 2. 掌握 C/C++/Python 任一编程语言，熟悉 Git、Linux 等开发工具；懂嵌入式 MCU、Linux/QNX 底层、车载总线（CAN/CAN FD / 车载以太网）任一方向即可。 3. 具备基础调试、问题排查能力，有相关项目经验优先。 4. 日语熟练，可阅读日文文档、写日文邮件，支持口语沟通。 5. 学习主动，沟通协作良好，能抗压。
