O Analista de SGI é responsável por garantir a conformidade dos processos internos com os requisitos normativos, promover a melhoria contínua e assegurar a eficácia das tratativas de não conformidades. Atua de forma integrada com diversas áreas, oferecendo suporte técnico, conduzindo treinamentos, realizando auditorias e contribuindo para a manutenção dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade e ambiental.

Responsabilidades Principais: • Gerir não conformidades: registrar, analisar causas, acompanhar tratativas, verificar eficácia e orientar as áreas envolvidas. Realizar auditorias internas para garantir o cumprimento de requisitos normativos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua. • Garantir a calibração e rastreabilidade dos equipamentos utilizados nos controles de qualidade, conforme normas aplicáveis. • Planejar e ministrar treinamentos sobre Não Conformidades, Controle de Documentos, Gestão de Riscos, PDCA e demais temas relacionados ao SGI. • Desenvolver materiais de apoio e capacitar líderes e equipes quanto às normas ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. • Fornecer suporte às áreas no atendimento aos requisitos das certificações ISO 9001 e ISO 14001. • Atualizar e controlar documentos do SGI, incluindo políticas, procedimentos e registros. • Acompanhar o Programa de Gestão Ambiental, garantindo correta destinação de resíduos e conformidade com legislações e normas internas. • Atuar como facilitador do Programa 5S, promovendo organização, padronização e disciplina nos ambientes de trabalho.
