En Sanatorio Finochietto trabajamos para transformar la experiencia de nuestros pacientes y profesionales, combinando excelencia en salud, innovación y tecnología.

Estamos en pleno proceso de implementación de nuestro nuevo Sistema de Información Hospitalaria (HIS) y buscamos sumar Informáticos/as en Salud Jr para acompañar a los equipos del Sanatorio durante este cambio, siendo su referencia y soporte en el día a día.

¿Cuál es el desafío?

Vas a ser parte de un proyecto de transformación digital en salud, acompañando la implementación de un nuevo HIS (Sistema de Información Hospitalaria) en el Sanatorio y estando cerca de los equipos de salud para ayudarlos en el uso de la nueva herramienta.

Tu desafío será ser referente del HIS para los usuarios, resolviendo sus dudas y facilitando una transición simple y acompañada, conectando las necesidades de los equipos de salud con Tecnología.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Acompañar la implementación del nuevo HIS en el Sanatorio, estando cerca de los equipos y facilitando la adaptación durante el proceso de cambio.
  • Brindar soporte directo a los usuarios, ayudándolos a resolver consultas y dificultades en el uso del sistema.
  • Ser referente y punto de contacto del HIS para los equipos asistenciales y administrativos.
  • Identificar y escalar las situaciones que requieran un análisis o intervención especializada.
  • Colaborar en iniciativas vinculadas a la transformación digital en salud.
  • Acompañar a los equipos durante el cambio, transmitiendo cercanía, calma y buena predisposición en los momentos de mayor incertidumbre.

Requisitos

Requisitos (Excluyentes)

  • Estudiantes avanzados/as de Medicina, Farmacia o Enfermería
  • Interés por la tecnología aplicada al ámbito de la salud.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente con equipos interdisciplinarios.
  • Disponibilidad para estar presente en el Sanatorio durante la implementación.

Valoramos especialmente

  • Conocimientos sobre procesos asistenciales y/o instituciones de salud.
  • Formación o interés en Informática en Salud.
  • Conocimientos sobre HIS y sistemas de información hospitalaria y/o Historia Clínica Electrónica (HCE)

Contratación: Plazo fijo | (Part Time).

Modalidad: Hibrido/presencial de acuerdo con las necesidades de la implementación.
