¿Cuál es el desafío?

En tu rol de Jefe/a Funcional Asistencial y Backoffice, tendrás la responsabilidad de liderar la gestión funcional de soluciones asistenciales y administrativas, con foco en sistemas hospitalarios, procesos de backoffice e interacción permanente con el negocio.

Tu misión será asegurar que las soluciones tecnológicas acompañen la operación del Sanatorio Finochietto, optimizando recursos, impulsando mejoras y garantizando una correcta articulación entre IT, las áreas usuarias y los distintos proveedores.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo funcional de tecnología, asegurando un funcionamiento eficiente de los sistemas.
  • Supervisar a los analistas funcionales asistenciales y de backoffice.
  • Gestionar la solución HIS y los sistemas administrativos que interactúan con los sistemas principales del Sanatorio.
  • Acompañar la definición de requerimientos funcionales, aportando una visión integral de la solución.
  • Participar en proyectos e iniciativas tecnológicas, asumiendo ownership sobre el producto/servicio.
  • Coordinar implementaciones, validaciones funcionales y documentación técnica.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y continuidad operativa de los sistemas.
  • Detectar, comunicar y gestionar riesgos, desvíos o conflictos entre sistemas.
  • Articular con áreas internas como Facturación, Convenios, Gestión de Pacientes, equipos médicos, enfermería, farmacia, compras y otros sectores clave.
  • Interactuar con proveedores de sistemas core, efectores y otras unidades de gestión.
  • Acompañar la optimización de sistemas backoffice, HIS, GACI y otras soluciones relacionadas.
  • Definir, monitorear y controlar objetivos del área, alineados a la estrategia institucional.

Alcance e interacción

  • Rol con impacto directo en la operación asistencial y administrativa del Sanatorio.
  • Interacción permanente con equipos de IT, áreas médicas, administrativas y de gestión.
  • Participación activa en proyectos de transformación, mejora continua e implementación de sistemas.
  • Alta exposición con usuarios clave, proveedores y referentes del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Formación en IT, Lic. en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines. (excluyente)
  • Experiencia comprobable en posiciones similares, preferentemente en entornos de salud o atención médica. (excluyente)
  • Experiencia liderando equipos funcionales o tecnológicos. (excluyente)
  • Experiencia en proyectos de implementación de sistemas, (excluyente)
  • Conocimiento o experiencia en sistemas HIS. (deseable)
  • Conocimientos en sistemas de información hospitalaria, PACS u otras tecnologías médicas. (deseable)
  • Conocimientos técnicos en bases de datos, tecnologías web, migración de datos y/o integraciones. (deseable)
  • Conocimiento de protocolos de integración como HL7 o Mirth. (deseable)
  • Experiencia en entornos de transformación organizacional. (deseable)
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles. (será un plus)
  • Inglés intermedio (deseable)
  • Cursos o formación complementaria en liderazgo y/o agilidad (deseable)
