1、负责TikTok AI创作者生态运营，结合TikTok内容生态、用户消费趋势及AI内容发展方向，定义目标创作者，制定创作者引入、激励与成长策略，持续提升优质AI创作者规模、活跃度与留存； 2、挖掘、招募并运营具备AI创作能力或潜力的创作者，包括但不限于视频创作者、AI互动内容创作者、AI角色/分身创作者、AI写作与剧情内容创作者、工具型创作者及垂类达人；通过平台触达、定向招募、社群运营、MCN/机构合作及行业圈层合作等方式，机制化、规模化引入高潜创作者； 3、搭建AI创作者分层运营与全生命周期成长机制，围绕新作者冷启动、能力培养、内容提效、标杆孵化、商业化探索等阶段，设计创作指导、活动玩法、激励政策和成长路径，帮助创作者理解TikTok AI能力并持续产出优质内容； 4、协同产品、推荐、算法、评测、安全、内容、市场及本地团队，推动AI创作工具、Prompt/Skill/Workflow、创作者后台能力、分发机制、激励机制和内容安全策略的持续优化，提升创作者效率与平台内容质量； 5、关注全球AI内容生态、TikTok内容趋势及主流AIGC工具发展，持续洞察AI创作者需求、创作痛点和新兴玩法，推动TikTok AI创作者生态形成差异化竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上创作者运营、内容生态运营、用户运营、社区运营、PGC/PUGC运营或垂类运营经验；有短视频、内容平台、社区平台、AI产品或创作工具相关经验者优先； 2、对AI创作有热情和实际理解，熟悉主流AIGC工具、Prompt、Agent、Workflow或AI视频/图像/文本/互动内容创作流程；有AI创作实践、AI创作者资源或相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的内容判断力和策划能力，能够结合用户需求、平台生态、内容趋势和数据表现，识别有传播潜力、互动价值和平台增长价值的AI内容方向，并推动创作者产出； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力和结果导向意识，能够围绕创作者规模、活跃、留存、优质内容供给、消费表现和互动效果进行问题拆解、策略迭代和效果复盘； 5、关注TikTok全球内容生态和国际化创作者文化，具备跨文化沟通能力；英语可作为工作语言，有国际化市场、区域创作者运营或国际化项目经验者优先； 6、自驱力强，学习能力强，愿意持续探索AI内容新形态，对创作者生态、内容创新和AI产品演进有长期兴趣。

加分项： 1、本身是AI内容创作者，或有运营AI视频、AI角色、AI分身、AI剧情、AI写作、AI互动内容等相关项目经验； 2、有打造爆款内容、标杆创作者案例、创作者训练营、内容挑战赛或创作者招募项目经验； 3、熟悉TikTok、YouTube、Instagram、Discord、Reddit、X等国际化内容与创作者社区生态； 4、具备MCN、创作者机构、AI工具社区、开发者社区或垂类创作者资源； 5、有Prompt调优、AI工作流设计、AI内容评测、内容安全策略或创作工具产品运营经验。
