1、负责各渠道用户反馈监控、及时发现隐私体验问题并预警，推动业务线解决隐私问题； 2、重大/特殊节日、热点事件前置主动监控站内外用户反馈，避免舆情外溢升级； 3、专项支持：活动、实验等专项的反馈监控、原声数据分析、聚类问题反哺业务方迭代优化等； 4、已知/未知的用户问题的暴露和推动解决，对业务和产品有深入了解，联动产品运营优化用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，法务、信息安全背景优先，有服务运营，用户运营，工单业务工作经验优先； 2、有产品和体验洞察意识，关注产品与客户需求变化；对体验问题能快速定位及给出解决方案； 3、有风险意识，识别及预警潜在风险及安全事件，对异常问题有判断，快速响应及处理异常事件； 4、具备较强的协同及推动解决能力，善于业务思考和资源整合，擅长数据分析，能独立开展跨团队项目。
