1、统筹区域内的EHS管理，明确各部门、各岗位EHS职责，组织实施职场EHS日常巡检与隐患排查，建立巡检标准与隐患闭环管理机制，推动整改落实并验证效果； 2、负责应对区域EHS相关的内外部监管，组织实施EHS合规评估，制定符合区域管理特点的EHS策略，并开展EHS宣传、培训与演练； 3、依托专业技术能力，组织环境因素、危险源识别与风险评估，提出风险管控建议并推动落实，对职场空间设备设施和相关系统风险提供专业的管控、整改意见和方案，对供应商等第三方服务的EHS管理进行监管和系统性评估； 4、负责增量项目交付的EHS专业对接和验收管理，同时作为区域EHS负责人，与协同部门开展EHS管理事务的专业对接； 5、负责EHS相关制度的编写、沉淀与持续更新，梳理和统一管理规范与操作标准，与行政、物理安全、消防安全等协同部门沟通对齐并推动落地，并持续开展信息化和智能化探索； 6、与国际化区域的EHS团队保持联动，对齐EHS管理标准与实践，支持跨区域经验与最佳实践共享。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程、消防工程等相关专业； 2、具备空气环境与安全相关专业技术能力； 3、有EHS运营管理经验，园区管理经验者优先，具备制度与流程编写能力，有EHS体系文件建设经验者优先； 4、英语可作为工作语言，能够流畅进行跨区域书面与口头沟通； 5、具备较强的分析能力、沟通能力、现场把控能力，能够独立面对复杂场景； 6、具有责任感，能适应出差。
