1、参与新项目各阶段质量评审与产品质量标准评审，主导显示屏物料质量风险和可量产性评估，识别和管理器件选择及设计风险； 2、组织制定显示屏质量标准，检验规范以及物料检验控制程序文件，制定和确认关键质量控制计划，跟进来料物料质量问题及试产物料质量问题，推动供应商改善； 3、根据供应商质量表现，制定供应商质量提升计划并监督完成，通过质量改善活动提升供应商质量水平； 4、组织参与新老供应商的评审和现场稽核，同采购等相关人员与供应商进行质协议的谈判、签订； 5、作为项目供应链物料质量接口，参与项目问题讨论，协调和推动内外部物料质量问题解决。

1、本科及以上学历，电子、通信、机械等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力，清晰的质量管理逻辑，较强的组织协调推动力； 3、丰富的显示屏（LCD、AMOLED、microLED、microOLED）物料质量管理经验和全生命周期项目质量管理经验； 4、丰富的供应商管理经验，熟悉IPD产品开发流程、ISO9001质量体系要求、QC七大手法、供应商QSA/QPA稽核、SPC、8D报告等； 5、为人正直，认真负责，善于学习。
