The posting

In Zeist werk je binnen een jong VPT-team dat ouderen ondersteunt om zo lang mogelijk prettig en zelfstandig thuis te blijven wonen. In een omgeving van groene lanen, bosrijke wijken en betrokken cliënten maak jij elke dag persoonlijk het verschil. Het team staat inmiddels stevig in de basis, maar bevindt zich nog volop in de opbouwfase. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen zorg en ondersteuning biedt, maar ook actief meedenkt over hoe we samen het VPT in Zeist verder ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerken, pionieren en van elkaar leren centraal staan. Zo bouwen we iedere dag verder aan zorg die echt aansluit bij de wensen van onze cliënten.

Dit ga je doen als Leefondersteuner

Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun eigen woning bij dagelijkse routines, structuur en een prettig leefklimaat. Je helpt met persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en naar het toilet gaan. Maakt een praatje, ziet wat iemand nodig heeft en stimuleert zelfredzaamheid. Daarnaast bied je hulp bij huishoudelijke taken. Je bent veel onderweg in Zeist, stapt overal binnen als een vertrouwd gezicht en geeft mensen het gevoel dat ze niet alleen staan. In alles wat je doet blijft de regie bij de cliënt: jij sluit aan bij hun leven, niet andersom.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je stapt in een splinternieuw team waar nog niets in beton gegoten is. Hier mag jij meedenken, mee vormen en meebouwen aan hoe we samenwerken. Je staat er nooit alleen voor: we trekken samen op, delen ervaringen en zoeken met elkaar naar slimme manieren om VPT in Zeist stevig neer te zetten. Hiervoor werk je ook nauw samen met het wijkzorgteam in Zeist. Omdat we klein starten, leer je elkaar snel kennen en ontstaat er vanzelf dat warme, hechte teamgevoel waar we trots op willen zijn.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 20: € 2.488 - € 3.064 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 16 - 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
