Bij de Herman Gorterhof wordt de zorg geleverd vanuit een 24-uurspost door een team medewerkers. Deze zorgetage biedt comfort, ondersteuning en het gevoel van zelfstandig wonen. Je werkt zelfstandig en weet wanneer je collega’s kunt inschakelen om samen te beste zorg te bieden. Je doet het samen, met een team dat voor elkaar klaar staat.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als Verzorgende IG ondersteun je bewoners met op een PG-afdeling in hun dagelijks leven en biedt je zorg op maat, met rust én aandacht. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, volgt het zorgplan en houdt nauw contact met het netwerk van de bewoner. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid voelen bewoners zich veilig en gezien, elke dag opnieuw.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: €2.735,91 - €3.592,96 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
