Vanuit de afdeling Advies & Behandelcentrum wordt in de regio Zuid Hollandse eilanden en het Westland medische, paramedische en psychosociale behandeling geleverd aan bewoners en bezoekers van de verpleeg- en verzorgingshuizen en de kleinschalige woonvormen.

Wij bieden je de kans om bij een grote, stabiele ouderenzorgorganisatie te werken. In deze rol ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen het zorgteam en draag je direct bij aan de zorgkwaliteit en het welzijn van onze ouderen. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw deskundigheid volop in te zetten in een zelfstandige tijdelijke functie voor de periode van een jaar.

Dit ga je doen als Master Psycholoog

Je bent onderdeel van het multidisciplinaire behandelteam van één of meerdere locaties en de vakgroep Psychologie.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je onderzoekt, behandelt en begeleidt cliënten met psychogeriatrisch, psychiatrische en neurologische ziektebeelden. Dit is gerelateerd aan het multidisciplinair vastgestelde zorgleefplan.
  • Je adviseert artsen en verpleging, alsmede paramedici en familie.
  • Je ondersteunt het team van verzorgenden door middel van intervisies en het geven van scholing.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 60: € 4.627 - € 6.171 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor 24 -32 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.

Wat jij meebrengt

  • Een WO-Diploma Psychologie (Drs. Of Msc) in een relevante richting.
  • Empathie, daadkracht, creativiteit en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid in complexe situaties.
  • Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pre.

Over het team

In de regio Voorne-Putten, Westland en Nissewaard werken negen psychologen, waaronder drie GZ-psychologen en vijf masterpsychologen, verspreid over vijftien woonlocaties. Verbinding tussen mensen zien wij als een essentieel onderdeel van goede zorg. Daarom investeren we actief in samenwerking en communicatie, zodat iedere bewoner zich gezien en gehoord voelt.

Om de veiligheid van onze cliënten en medewerkers te waarborgen, is voor alle medewerkers die bij Careyn in dienst komen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist. Bij gelijke geschiktheid krijgen interne sollicitanten voorrang ten opzichte van externe kandidaten.
