Ben jij graag onderweg én van betekenis voor anderen? Als leefondersteuner in ons VPT-team in Montfoort/Linschoten ondersteun je cliënten thuis, zodat zij zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig kunnen blijven wonen. Ervaring is niet nodig: wij zorgen voor een goede start met begeleiding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Dit ga je doen als Leefondersteuner

Je ondersteunt cliënten in hun eigen woning bij dagelijkse routines, structuur en een prettig leefklimaat. Je helpt met persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en naar het toilet gaan. Maakt een praatje, ziet wat iemand nodig heeft en stimuleert zelfredzaamheid. Daarnaast bied je hulp bij huishoudelijke taken. Je bent veel onderweg in Montfoort en Linschoten, stapt overal binnen als een vertrouwd gezicht en geeft mensen het gevoel dat ze niet alleen staan. In alles wat je doet blijft de regie bij de cliënt: jij sluit aan bij hun leven, niet andersom.

Wat werken in dit team aantrekkelijk maakt

Je komt terecht in een hecht en betrokken wijkteam van leefondersteuners, Helpende Plus en VIG’ers, waar collega's elkaar kennen en ondersteunen. Door de combinatie van dorpszorg en uiteenlopende zorgvragen is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt zelfstandig bij cliënten thuis, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op je team. De korte lijnen, persoonlijke sfeer en grote betrokkenheid bij cliënten maken het werken in Montfoort en Linschoten extra bijzonder. Bovendien krijg je volop begeleiding en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 20: € 2.488 - € 3.064 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Direct een vast contract voor minimaal 24 uur per week.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
