Als Verpleegkundige Acute Dienst ben je onmisbaar op de momenten dat het erop aankomt. In de regio - werk je in een dynamische rol waarin je directe impact hebt bij acute zorgvragen en collega’s ondersteunt met jouw expertise. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te handelen, werkt met moderne middelen en stapt tijdens je dienst in een auto van Careyn. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en jouw ervaring doet er elke dienst toe.

Dit ga je doen als Verpleegkundige Acute Dienst

Een deel van de week ben je bereikbaar voor alarmeringen via de zorgcentrale, cliënten of wijkteams. Je verleent acute zorg en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, waaronder palliatieve sedatie. Je onderhoudt contact met huisartsen en andere organisaties om zorgsituaties goed af te stemmen. Daarnaast controleer je cliëntdossiers en alarmopvolging. Op andere dagen werk je met de wijkteams aan dagelijkse zorgvragen. Doordeweeks start de acute dienst om 15:00 uur, in het weekend werk je in diensten van 07:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 45 of FWG 50: min €3.502,45 tot max. €4.822,50 (o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
  • Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling.
