Beeldzorg is er voor momenten waarop cliënten extra ondersteuning nodig hebben, zonder dat daar een huisbezoek voor nodig is. Deze vorm van zorg vraagt om flexibiliteit, scherp klinisch inzicht en het vermogen om snel te schakelen. Binnen Beeldzorg bied je digitale ondersteuning op afstand en draag je bij aan continuïteit en veiligheid thuis. Als jij als Verzorgende IG graag flexibel wil werken en interesse hebt in zorginnovatie, biedt een oproepcontract in ons Beeldzorgteam veel vrijheid.

Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG

Als oproepkracht binnen Beeldzorg ondersteun je cliënten via beeldbellen bij dagelijkse zorgmomenten, medicatie en verpleegkundige handelingen op afstand. Door helder te communiceren en goed te observeren, signaleer je veranderingen en stem je af met collega’s in de wijk. De inzet verschilt per week en sluit aan bij de actuele zorgvraag. Diensten vinden plaats overdag, in de avond en in het weekend.

Het Beeldzorgteam bestaat uit ervaren en betrokken collega’s die samen bouwen aan toekomstgerichte zorg. Flexibele inzetbaarheid wordt gewaardeerd en je blijft inhoudelijk dichtbij de zorg, zonder fysieke belasting van routes en huisbezoeken. Samenwerking met wijkteams en ruimte om ervaring op te doen met digitale zorg maken deze functie leerzaam en afwisselend.

Wat je van ons mag verwachten

  • Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 35: € 2.643 - € 3.471 (o.b.v. 36 uur).
  • Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering.
  • Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling.
