1、 负责公司全套账务处理，严格按照会计准则及制造业财务规范，完成原始凭证审核、记账凭证编制、总账及明细账登记，确保账务处理及时、准确、合规，做到账证相符、账账相符、账实相符； 2、 核心负责制造业成本核算工作，结合生产工艺流程，准确归集原材料、人工、制造费用，核算产品生产成本、库存成本，定期进行成本分析，排查成本异常，提出成本控制优化建议，助力降本增效； 3、 负责税务统筹管理，准确计算增值税、企业所得税、印花税等各类税种，按时完成纳税申报、税款缴纳工作，妥善保管税务凭证、申报表，应对税务核查、纳税评估等相关工作，规避税务风险； 4、 协助编制公司月度、季度、年度财务报表（资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表、成本报表等），确保报表数据真实完整，结合制造业经营特点，提供财务分析报告，为管理层决策提供数据支持； 5、 负责公司往来款项管理，定期核对应收账款、应付账款、其他应收应付款项，及时跟进款项回收与支付，清理坏账、呆账，确保往来账项清晰可控。 6、 管理公司存货及固定资产账务，配合仓库、生产部门完成存货盘点、固定资产清查工作，核算存货跌价准备、固定资产折旧，确保资产安全完整； 7、 规范财务档案管理，将会计凭证、账簿、报表、税务资料、成本核算资料等按规定整理、装订、归档，确保档案齐全、可追溯； 8、 配合财务经理完成财务制度完善、内控流程优化工作，协助开展内部审计、外部审计相关事宜，对接会计师事务所、税务机关等外部单位； 9、 完成上级领导交办的其他临时性财务工作。

1、 学历要求：本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计、审计等相关专业，持有中级会计职称优先，初级会计职称必备； 2、 行业经验：3年及以上制造业主办会计工作经验，熟悉制造业生产流程、成本核算逻辑（如品种法、分批法、分步法），有生产型企业全盘账务处理经验者优先； 3、 专业能力：熟练掌握企业会计准则、财税相关法律法规，精通增值税、企业所得税等税务处理流程；能熟练使用财务软件（金蝶优先）及Excel（数据透视表、函数运用熟练），能独立完成全套账务及税务工作； 4、 素质要求：细心严谨、责任心强，具备较强的成本意识、风险意识和数据分析能力；具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，能独立解决财务工作中的常见问题，服从公司管理； 5、 其他要求：无不良从业记录，能承受一定的工作压力，熟悉制造业存货管理、固定资产管理相关流程者加分；能配合公司完成月度、年度结账等加班工作。
