1、 负责多芯光纤束、光纤阵列、光纤探头及相关光纤组件的光学测试方法开发； 2、 建立逐芯通光测试、通道映射验证、插入损耗测试、端面图像检测和外观判定方法； 3、 搭建光纤束测试平台，包括光源、光功率计、积分球、显微镜、相机、光谱仪、运动平台和数据采集系统； 4、 负责定义测试夹具需求，并与治具工程师配合完成测试工装开发； 5、 建立测试SOP、测试参数表、测试报告模板、出货测试记录和数据追溯方法； 6、 分析断纤、弱纤、串光、插入损耗异常、映射错误、端面散射、耦合不稳定等测试问题； 7、 推动测试半自动化，提高测试效率，降低人工判断误差； 8、 培训测试员和检验员，确保测试操作一致、判定标准统一。

1、 光学工程、光电子、仪器科学、电子信息、自动化、测控技术等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、 具有2年以上光纤器件、光通信器件、光谱系统、光纤传感器、激光器、探测器或机器视觉检测经验； 3、 有光纤束、光纤阵列、光纤探头、Raman探头、荧光探头、医用光纤组件测试经验者优先； 4、 熟悉光源、光功率计、积分球、显微镜、工业相机、光谱仪、运动平台等测试设备； 5、 理解多模光纤、单模光纤或特种光纤测试中的耦合条件、NA、端面质量、弯曲状态和测试重复性问题； 6、 能够独立搭建基础光学测试平台，完成测试方法开发、数据记录和结果分析； 7、 具备Python、LabVIEW、Matlab、图像识别或上位机开发经验者优先； 8、 工作严谨，重视测试数据的一致性、准确性和可追溯性。
