（一）销售战略与业绩目标管理 1、 研判无创血糖仪行业格局（三诺、鱼跃、硅基、微泰等CGM/无创竞品）、DRG/DIP、医保门诊报销、医疗器械集采、挂网政策，制定全国/大区年度销售战略、价格体系、渠道政策、年度装机&耗材回款目标，拆解至省区、经销商、个人KPI； 2、 统筹预算、销售费用管控，核算单医院投入产出，优化样机投放、学术会议、专家维护成本，保障毛利率达标；按月/季度做业绩复盘、缺口预警、调整攻坚策略； 3、 主导新品医院上市导入方案，制定三甲标杆医院打造计划，快速完成临床验证、科室准入、批量装机。 （二）医院终端开发与大客户攻坚（核心差异化工作） 1、 打通医院完整决策链：内分泌科主任、护士长、临床医师、设备科、采购办、药事委员会、医保办、院领导，独立牵头三甲医院设备论证、院内招标、药事会准入、装机落地全流程，解决入院卡点； 2、 分层开发客户： - 标杆三甲：打造临床示范基地、多中心临床合作、专家共识、区域学术主委合作； - 二级/县级医院、基层卫生院：批量集采、慢病一体化打包项目； - 民营医院、专科糖尿病中心、体检中心渠道拓展； 3、 维护全国内分泌领域核心专家资源，搭建讲者库，推动产品纳入科室常规诊疗方案，提升院内检测量与耗材复购； 4、 统筹院内售后闭环：设备装机培训、临床操作带教、质控校准、故障快速响应，降低退机、提升科室复购粘性。 （三）渠道经销商体系搭建与管理 1、 筛选具备三类医疗器械经营资质、医院资源、内分泌设备操作服务能力的区域代理商，规划全国经销商布局，签订区域经销协议、划定价格、返利、任务、窜货管控规则； 2、 赋能经销商：产品临床知识、入院流程、学术推广、合规销售培训；监督经销商医院开发进度、回款、样机管理，淘汰低效渠道，扶持优质代理商做大区域份额。 （四）销售团队搭建、管理与赋能 1、 搭建组织架构：省区销售经理、医院直销专员、学术推广专员、销售支持，搭建招聘、绩效考核、晋升、激励体系（装机提成、服务持续分成、回款奖励）；; 2、 常态化培训：三类医械法规、无创血糖仪临床对比优势（无采血、连续监测、ICU围手术期应用）、院内商务谈判、学术幻灯宣讲、合规销售红线； 3、 过程管控：CRM客户跟进、医院拜访台账、投标进度、样机台账、应收款追踪，定期召开销售例会、区域复盘会。 （五）学术市场协同与品牌建设 1、 联动市场部策划全国/区域内分泌学术年会、院内科室会、病例讨论会、多中心临床观察项目，输出临床数据支撑产品竞争力； 2、 收集医院临床痛点、竞品反馈，同步研发/产品部迭代设备算法、耗材配套、慢病管理系统；输出临床需求报告。 （六）合规、风控与应收管理 1、 严格遵守《医疗器械监督管理条例》，规范销售、学术、票据、样机、商务往来，杜绝商业贿赂、违规推广，建立团队合规考核机制； 2、 管控应收账款，制定回款考核，定期跟进医院货款、经销商保证金，降低坏账风险；审核销售合同、招投标文件、样机借用协议。

（一） 学历与专业 本科及以上，生物医学工程、临床医学、药学、市场营销、医疗器械相关专业优先； （二） 行业经验（核心门槛） 1、 8年以上医疗器械医院端销售经验，5年及以上大区/全国销售总监管理经验； 2、 必须有血糖监测设备（CGM/POCT/无创血糖仪）、内分泌、ICU监护、慢病设备医院销售实操经历； 3、 有完整三甲医院药事会准入、设备招标、标杆医院打造、经销商全国网络搭建成功案例； 4、 熟悉三类医疗器械注册、挂网、集采、医保支付、DRG政策，懂设备+服务双线盈利模式。 （三） 资源要求 1、 手握全国多省三甲医院内分泌、设备科核心决策人资源； 2、 现有成熟医疗器械经销商资源，可快速落地区域覆盖； 3、 内分泌学科专家、有学会资源优先。
