1、 负责硅光集成芯片中器件的设计及设计流程的维护与完善； 2、 参与芯片版图Layout与流片前设计检查，保障设计质量； 3、 定义测试方案，分析流片数据，形成并维护设计PDK； 4、 和工艺团队沟通，确保设计满足制程能力与可制造性要求，并参与设计规则优化； 5、 编写技术文档、研发报告。

1、 光电子学、物理、电子工程或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、 具备完整的PIC设计、仿真、流片及测试闭环经验； 3、 熟练掌握主流光子仿真工具（如Python、Lumerical、COMSOL、RSof等）； 4、 熟悉硅光器件制造工艺及工艺约束对设计的影响； 5、 具备版图设计经验，熟悉常用EDA工具； 6、 具备良好的技术判断能力、系统思维能力和跨团队沟通能力； 7、 具备较强的责任心和结果导向意识。
